Apartment cleaning fees:

If you own a property in the north of Tenerife and would like to fully capitalize on it, we also offer management services for holiday apartments with a Vivienda Vacacional license.
We charge 15% of the rental income (after deducting other fees and costs). Cleaning, linen, towels, and maintenance costs are additional. We provide detailed invoices for services rendered to ensure full transparency.
